2. Managed SME business loan documentation involving working capital facilities not less than RM2,500,000.00.

3. Managed to advise the bank to proceed with loan disbursement in a subsale matter despite the principal documents being unavailable and the file being last handled 12 years ago.

4. Resolved a 30-year-old divorce issue where the parties’ marital status was never updated with the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) due to the absence of a Decree Nisi and ensured proper regularisation of the records.
