Over the years since the establishment, LV Partners has rapidly expanded from a sole office in Kota Kinabalu to Lahad Datu & Tawau, evolving from a one-lawyer firm to a medium-sized firm dedicated to serving its growing clientele nationwide. Prior to this, Grace Voo was also the founder and managing partner of Messrs. Voo & Partners, a firm in Petaling Jaya established in 2015.

Grace Voo holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of London and a Certificate of Legal Practice (C.L.P.) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2010, accumulating extensive legal experience in both West Malaysia and Sabah. In 2021, she was nominated as “Young Lawyer of the Year (age below 40)” at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Malaysia Law Awards. Additionally, she was appointed as the Commissioner for Oaths by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court in 2022.

Over the past 13 years, Grace Voo has expanded her practice to encompass a diverse range of legal areas, including conveyancing, family law, adoption, probate, letter of administration, estate administration, will writing, and corporate matters. Grace Voo is known for being helpful, friendly, and offering oriental solutions.

  • Handled Sale of Land for a Company for the Selling Price of RM20,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand Million).
  • Handled a share sale agreement for the sale of the company for the selling price of RM6,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million), which involved a land in KKIP in Kota Kinabalu.
  • Handled a grant of Letter of Administration in the High Court of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, which involved ten (10) lands in Sabah.
  • Advised and handled a joint venture between landowner and developer for a land development in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Advised local developer of Umland for the project management in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Handled more than 100 cases for undisputed and disputed divorce and adoption cases in the High Court of Malaya.
  • Handled more than 100 cases for a grant of probation and a letter of administration cases in the High Court of Malaya.
  • Handled and defended an accused person who has an invalid visa and is being deported back to Belgium in the High Court of Malaya.
